1. Palladium Extraction: Pre-treatment → 4-stage selective extraction → 3-stage scrubbing → 3-stage back extraction → Organic phase regeneration → Refining → Palladium powder

2. Platinum Extraction: Residual liquid treatment → 4-stage extraction → Scrubbing & back extraction → Refining → Platinum powder

3. Impurity Removal: 4-stage extraction to remove copper, lead, antimony and other harmful impurities, average impurity removal rate up to 97%

4. Rhodium & Iridium Separation: Hydrolytic enrichment → Oxidative dissolution → Iridium removal → Precipitation & hydrogen reduction → Rhodium powder

   Rhodium single-pass direct recovery: 86%, Iridium single-pass direct recovery: 92%, Total recovery of both metals: 99%

1. PLC Intelligent Automation

   Equipped with Siemens PLC touch screen system. All parameters including liquid level, flow, pH and temperature are automatically monitored and adjusted. Only 1-2 patrol workers are needed, cutting labor cost by 70% and avoiding manual-caused recovery fluctuation.

2. High Extraction & Recovery Efficiency

   Pt & Pd extraction rate over 99.5%, comprehensive metal recovery rate ≥98%. Organic phase can be recycled for more than 5 years to lower reagent cost.

3. Heavy-Duty Anti-corrosion Design

   Tanks and pipelines use PPH, steel lined plastic and high borosilicate glass; pumps with PTFE lining, suitable for strong corrosive media like acid and alkali.
