Process Flow Description

 

 

The production line adopts a "classified refining" workflow for selenium, ensuring targeted purification and high efficiency:

Selenium Refining Flow (From Crude Selenium to High-Purity Selenium)

Slurrying & Impurity Removal: Crude selenium (purity ≥99%) is mixed into a slurry, with chemical reagents added to eliminate base metal impurities (e.g., iron, copper).

Washing & Filtration: The slurry is washed and filtered to obtain pure selenium solids, reducing water-soluble impurities.

Vacuum Drying & Melting: Selenium solids are vacuum-dried to remove moisture and then melted to create uniform selenium blocks.

Vacuum Distillation & Condensation: The melted selenium is distilled under a high vacuum (0.1 Pa) and two-stage heating. It is vaporized, and the selenium vapor is condensed in segments to remove trace impurities, resulting in ≥99.999% high-purity selenium.

Quality Inspection & Packaging: High-purity selenium is tested for purity; qualified products are packaged and stored in a moisture-proof environment.
